STRATEGIC ANALYSIS
The service covers our strategic support in the process of identifying key areas of responsibility in the organisation.
We carry out our analysis in close co-operation with departments that handle key operations for the company. In order to properly target the strategy of activities in the sustainable development area, we carefully analyse the business and non-business environment, which directly influence the achieved results.

SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY
The service covers development of a comprehensive document defining goals and tasks supporting the organisation in its sustainable development, beneficial for business and the environment.
The strategy may be a separate document or an inseparable part of the company's business strategy. We plan the process and we accompany the organisation all along the path. When proposing solutions, we take into account the sectoral context, the best experiences and market practices as well as the current scientific knowledge.
3.
ESG RISK MANAGEMENT
The service includes management of ESG risks as part of the risk management system of the organisation.
We help identify and assess ESG risks. We develop a strategy for managing individual risk categories, paying particular attention to the climate-related risks. We work on the basis of the TCFD recommendations (the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures), Guidelines for reporting non-financial information: Supplement on reporting climate-related information (EC Communication 2019 / C 209/01) and other related regulations.

IDENTIFICATION OF KEY AREAS OF IMPACT
The service covers defining the key areas of the organisation's impact in the social, environmental and economic aspects.
We propose processes that integrate the analysis of existing data in a workshop approach that takes into account the opinions of the organisation's representatives. We identify and define the scale of impact in relation to four areas: supply chain, organisation, products and services, environment.

The service covers designing an approach to monitoring and managing environmental impact.
We define goals for individual areas of impact, we select indicators to be analysed and we propose the approach to their determination and measurement. We develop a proposal for an approach to managing the impact on the environment, along with a recommendation of actions for individual impact categories. We also propose a formula for measuring and reporting the organisation’s impact on the environment.

EVALUATION OF MATURITY OF SOLUTIONS SUPPORTING SDGs IMPLEMENTATION
The service covers assessment of activities related to the implementation of commitments in the aspect of Sustainable Development Goals and verification of their effectiveness.
When analysing the level of maturity of solutions in this aspect, we focus on the assessment of strategic activities and those directly linked with the implementation of commitments related to Sustainable Development Goals, as well as on the verification of their effectiveness. Bearing in mind the time perspective defined by the UN, in our assessment we also take into account the durability of results of undertaken actions. Our diagnosis is based on a thorough analysis of activities undertaken to accomplish Sustainable Development Goals not only by the business, but also by other entities actively and effectively supporting the UN Agenda.

STRATEGIES, PROGRAMMES, ACTIVITIES SUPPORTING SDGs
The service includes designing activities to support these Sustainable Development Goals which the organisation considers to be of priority importance.
We design both strategic solutions in the aspect of a comprehensive support by the organisation of Sustainable Development Goals, as well as programmes and projects related only to a selected Goal. Depending on the needs, we propose solutions focusing on changes in the organisation’s processes and products, as well as communication and educational programs and activities, including partnership initiatives.
